Qualifications and Experience:

Current certification as a Surgical Technologist (CST) required Proven experience as a Surgical Tech or Operating Room Technician (ORT) Strong knowledge of aseptic and sterile techniques Demonstrated ability to anticipate the needs of the surgical team Proficient in handling surgical instruments and supplies Effective communication skills and teamwork abilities BLS certification preferred Prior experience in an operating room setting is strongly desired

Key Responsibilities:
