Qualifications:

NJ State Professional Registered Nurse License AHA Basic Health Care Life Support HCP Certification Three to five (3-5) years of operating room/surgical experience Ability to work as part of a cohesive leadership team Leadership experience preferred Excellent communication, facilitation and delegation skills Experience in an operating room. Familiarity with equipment and instruments used in this area, medical terminology, supply management experience Knowledge of computer systems used in the operating room and materials management Excellent organizational skills and work with minimal supervision Two (2) years of surgical experience in a clinical specialty service line preferred Leadership oversight preferred Experience with mentorship, education and training of staff nurses preferred BSN degree preferred Certified Nurse Operating Room within one year If you feel that the above description speaks directly to your strengths and capabilities, then please apply today!
