Position Overview:

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Dental Assistant. The ideal candidate is confident in a faced-paced surgical setting, anticipates provider needs, and prioritizes patient comfort and safety.

Key Responsibilities:

• Chairside assisting for endodontic procedures (root canals, retreatments, apicoectomies)
• Assist with extractions, implant surgeries, bone grafting and other surgical procedures
• Prepare and maintain sterile surgical environments following OSHA and CDC guidelines
• Prepare operatories for endodontic and surgical procedures
• Take high quality digital radiographs and CBCT scans
• Manage instruments, sterilization, and inventory for the office/procedures
• Provide pre- and post-operative patient instructions and support
• Lab work

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 2-3 years of dental experience, preferably with focus on endodontics and/or implant surgery. Training provided
• Completion of an accredited Dental Assistant program
• CDA/RDA licensing preferable
• Experience with digital imaging and dental software systems
• Competent with digital scanning and digital workflow for fabricating surgical guides
• Knowledge of surgical protocols, infection control, and aseptic techniques
• Strong communication, organizational skills, and multitasking
• CPR/BLS certification required What we
