Role:

We are seeking a highly experienced Surgical Assistant to support high-volume implant and All-on-4 surgical cases. This job requires strong surgical workflow expertise, exceptional attention to detail, and the ability to anticipate the surgeon's needs.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and maintain the surgical operatory for full arch implant procedures. Assist the surgeon chairside with instruments, suction, retractors, and workflow coordination. Manage sterilization, inventory, and surgical setup/breakdown. Train and support other clinical assistants. Ensure patient comfort and safety throughout procedures.

Requirements:

Minimum 2 + years in surgical dental assisting (implant experience preferred). Certified dental assistant or equivalent. Strong communication and teamwork skills. Prior lead/supervisory experience is a plus.
