Job Description

Join the UOC team! University Orthopedics Center, a leader in orthopedic care throughout Central PA for 35 years, is currently seeking a full-time Clinical Support Staff - Surgical Scheduling representative. We are excited to meet highly motivated candidates who have clinical knowledge and excellent people skills. In this position, you will be responsible for performing surgical scheduling/pre-authorization function as necessary to support UOC clinical teams. Will provide telephone and physical support for patient surgical scheduling, clinical support, ancillary support, as well as pre-authorization of requested ancillary services. At UOC, creating the best patient experience is a priority, so facilitating the integration of administrative and patient care functions to improve clinic performance and patient satisfaction is important while complying with all legal, administrative and regulatory standards.
Qualifications:
LPN or Certified Medical Assistant - previous clinical experience preferred Excellent Communication & People Skills Detail-oriented -- quality and precision-focused

$17.00 - $26.00 per hour
