• Job Summary:

• Home office will be Dickson or Springhill depending on candidate
• Floater position would cover Dickson, Clarksville, Bellevue, Goodlettsville, and Jackson locations when needed.

(Pay also depends on experience.)We want a dedicated Dental Assistant to join our team at Midstate Oral Surgery. The ideal candidate should possess a strong knowledge of dental procedures, excellent communication skills, and a passion for providing exceptional patient care. • Responsibilities:

• Assist the dentist during a variety of treatment procedures
• Prepare patients for dental work and ensure their comfort
• Sterilize instruments according to regulations
• Provide patients with instructions for oral care following surgery or other dental treatment procedures
• Take and develop dental x-rays (including 3D scans)
• Maintain accurate patient records and assist with medical documentation using [DSN] software
• Educate patients on appropriate oral hygiene strategies
• Perform office tasks as needed to maintain an efficient workflow

• Requirements:

• Certification or diploma from an accredited dental assistant program
• Proficiency in using a 3D scanner for dental imaging
• Knowledge of aseptic techniques and infection control protocols
• Familiarity with dental terminology and anatomy
• Experience in assisting with oral surgery procedures is a plus
• Strong understanding of medical imaging techniques
