The ideal candidate is someone who thrives in a surgical environment, values precision and teamwork, and is passionate about delivering exceptional patient care. As an Oral Surgery Assistant, you'll play a critical role in supporting both our providers and patients throughout the surgical process.
Responsibilities include:
Assisting with pre-operative patient education and preparation Monitoring vital signs during procedures and throughout post-operative recovery Managing and monitoring anesthesiology equipment Providing chairside assistance to the surgeon during surgical procedures Ensuring proper sterilization, organization, and storage of instruments Supporting overall clinic operations to maintain a safe, efficient environment Your skill and attention to detail will help ensure every patient receives exceptional care from start to finish. Full-Time | Monday - Friday | 8:00AM - 5:00PM (Friday schedules vary according to patient schedule)
Required Qualifications:
High school diploma or GED Active RDA license Current CPR certification
Preferred Qualifications & Skills:
Bilingual abilities are a plus Previous experience in oral surgery is beneficial Previous experience in dental assisting is beneficial Strong communication skills with the ability to connect with patients and families Detail-oriented, organized, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment Adaptability, teamwork, and a positive, solution-focused mindset Why Full Smile?
