First Assist:
Serve as the primary surgical first assist, providing critical hands-on support throughout procedures. Set the
Stage Pre-Op:
Confirm cases, meet patients, walk them through procedures, gather documentation, and coordinate closely with OR staff. Deliver in the
OR:
Support patient positioning, maintain a sterile field, anticipate the surgeon's next move, and work in sync with the surgical team.
Follow Through Post-Op:
Assist with patient transfer, deliver thorough PACU handoffs, and complete documentation with precision.
Help Us Get Better:
Contribute to clinical and operational initiatives — education, training, and process improvement.

Bring a willingness to learn new surgical specialties and expand your skill set.
Qualifications:
What You Bring Experience:
At least 2 years of surgical assisting experience Hands-on experience assisting in Ortho, Spine, General, GYN, and Robotics Spine experience is a plus
Education & Credentials:
Strong technical skills in the operating room Graduate of an Accredited program•
PA/NP/CSFA
Ability to acquire TX state license
