In this position you will support excellence in clinical practice and the care of patients in accordance with their developmental stages. The Assistant Service Coordinator will help in the daily operations of the Operating Room by assisting with flow and efficiency, demonstrating clinical expertise, and implementation of the departmental standards of Operating Room practice. Requisitions:
Bill-Only and Standard Audit Implant Log Sheets Implant Charge Posting Assists with periodic inventory counts and stock verification to ensure inventory accuracy and support departmental operations. Peforms all duites and responsilbilites of the Implant Team as assisnged. Responsibilities are not limited to those listed and may include any functions necessary to support the team and departmental operations. Demonstrates commitment to team, flexibility, professional interpersonal, communication, critical thinking, and customer service skills. Accountable for managing time and resources in a cost-effective manner. Accountable for the coordination of the specialty services. Accountable for maintaining professional development of self and participates in development of others. As part of our commitment to maintaining a safe and healthy workplace, all successful candidates will be required to undergo respiratory fit testing in compliance with occupational health and safety standards. Skills & Requirements Required Educational program completion for surgical technologists which may include operating room/surgical training completed in the army, navy, air force, marine corps, or coast guard of the United States or in the United States Public Health Service Licenses/Certifications BLS•Cert-Basic Life Support by the American Heart Association CST-SUR•Cert-Cert Surgical TECH by the National Board of Surgical Technology and Surgical Assisting or

•Cert-TECH Surgery•Certified by the National Center for Competency Testing Required 1 year and 6 months Operating room experience
