May, in accordance with state laws, help surgeons to make incisions and close surgical sites, manipulate or remove tissues, implant surgical devices or drains, suction the surgical site, place catheters, clamp or cauterize vessels or tissue, and apply dressings to surgical site.

Job Description

Our oral surgery office is looking for a detailed and positive RDA or Surgical Technician. This is a full time opportunity. Experience with oral surgery is a big plus. Hours will be from 8-5 Monday-Thursday and 7:30-3 Friday.
Important qualifications:
Registered Dental Assistant (required) CPR and ACLS (not required to start) DAANCE certification (not required to start) Great team player and ability to work well with others Experience in private practice, especially Oral Surgery is highly regarded Ability to answer phone professionally and schedule patients Willingness to learn and grow with the practice Ability to take Panorex, Cone beam CT scans will be required
