Dr. Nahlah Implants & Prosthodontics Specialists is seeking an exceptional full-time Dental/Surgical Assistant to join our growing team in Tysons Corner/McLean and Alexandria, Virginia. We are a modern, high-end specialty practice focused on dental implants, All-on-X/full-arch rehabilitation, cosmetic dentistry, and complex prosthodontics. Our practice incorporates advanced digital technology, including CBCT, intraoral scanning, photogrammetry, CAD/CAM, and an in-house digital laboratory. We are looking for someone who is dependable, energetic, organized, detail-oriented, and passionate about providing an outstanding patient experience.

Ideal candidate:

Dental assisting experience required Implant and/or oral surgery experience strongly preferred Experience assisting with implant placement, extractions, bone grafting, and full-arch procedures is a major plus Comfortable with digital dentistry and willing to learn advanced technology Excellent communication and patient-care skills Able to anticipate the doctor's needs and maintain an efficient clinical workflow Strong infection-control and sterilization knowledge Team-oriented, professional, punctual, and dependable Motivated to learn, grow, and take on greater responsibility Experience with All-on-X, photogrammetry, intraoral scanning, provisional restorations, or prosthodontic procedures is highly desirable but not required for the right candidate.
