This position is ideal for candidates with strong surgical judgment , comfort in complex cases, and experience functioning independently in OR environments.

Key Responsibilities:

Surgical scrub and chairside assisting for oral surgery cases IV sedation, complex extractions, and expose & bond procedures Circulator or scrub role during in‑clinic orthognathic (jaw) and TMJ surgery cases Support for hospital operating room jaw surgery Room setup, instrument management, sterile technique, and workflow coordination Monitoring vitals, supporting anesthesia workflow, and ensuring patient safety CBCT imaging, clinical photography, optical scans Accurate EMR documentation (DSN) and support of surgical team efficiency Required /

Preferred Qualifications:

Active Washington State Dental Assistant license Oral surgery experience required BLS/CPR certified Experience with IV sedation and OR procedures DAANCE/Dental Anesthesia Assistant certification preferred but we can train Comfort acting as scrub tech and/or circulator Strong communication, situational awareness, and attention to detail

Schedule & Compensation:

Per diem / As needed $37-$45hr DOE (higher rates considered for extensive experience) Join a focused, high‑level OMS team with unique exposure to orthognathic surgery in clinic and hospital settings .

Pay:

$37.00 - $45.00 per hour
