Deliver essential support in a dynamic surgical environment as a key member of the operating room team. This role is ideal for those with experience and skills in the areas of Operating Room Technology (ORT) or as a Surgical Technician (non-certified), seeking to contribute directly to patient care and surgical success on a contract basis.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist surgical staff by preparing operating rooms and surgical instruments. Work closely with surgeons, nurses, and anesthesiologists to ensure procedures run smoothly. Maintain a sterile field throughout surgical procedures. Hand necessary instruments and supplies to surgeons and assistants as directed. Monitor and manage surgical inventory and supplies. Adhere to strict infection control and safety procedures at all times. Support post-operative room turnover to prepare for subsequent cases.

Desired Qualifications:

Experience working as an ORT or non-certified Surgical Technician. Demonstrated knowledge of basic surgical procedures and aseptic techniques.
