Schedule/Hours Travel assignment; schedule details provided upon assignment Key Responsibilities Prepare and organize sterile supplies, instruments, and equipment for surgical procedures Assist the surgical team in positioning patients safely prior to surgery Provide precise visualization of the operative site and apply appropriate hemostasis techniques Execute effective closure of body planes and dress wounds post-operatively Insert and secure drainage systems into tissue as indicated Safely handle surgical equipment such as pneumatic tourniquets, electrocautery, and endoscopy devices Perform additional duties as requested under surgeon supervision and hospital policies Qualifications Valid RN license in Wisconsin Graduate of an accredited nursing program Completion of an accredited RNFA program or other recognized first-assisting education BLS certification (within 6 months of hire)
