Key Qualifications:

Previous experience in one or more of the following roles: ORT, Non-certified Surgical Tech, or Certified Surgical Tech Ability to prepare surgical instruments/equipment and ensure their proper functioning and sterilization Strong grasp of aseptic and sterile technique protocols Proficient in assisting medical staff during surgery and responding to intraoperative needs Excellent communication and teamwork skills Current BLS certification strongly preferred For certified technologists, active certification (e.g., NBSTSA) is required

Primary Responsibilities:
