Qualifications & Desired Experience:
Active and unrestricted RN license Minimum of one year of recent experience on a Medical-Surgical unit Proficiency in patient assessments, medication administration, and documentation Strong clinical judgment with the ability to prioritize effectively in busy settings Excellent communication and teamwork abilities Current BLS certification (ACLS preferred) Flexibility to adapt to changing patient needs and facility workflows
Key Responsibilities:
