Qualifications:

Experience as a Surgical Technologist, Non-certified or Certified, or Nursing

• ORT Solid understanding of aseptic technique and surgical procedures Ability to anticipate the needs of surgeons and provide efficient instrument handling Strong communication and collaboration skills with multidisciplinary teams Reliable, professional, and able to maintain composure under pressure

Responsibilities:

Assist the surgical team with pre-operative preparation, intra-operative procedures, and post-operative clean-up Ensure all sterile supplies, instruments, and equipment are set up and maintained according to safety protocols Monitor and maintain a sterile field throughout each surgery Handle surgical instruments and specimens as directed by surgeons and nurses Contribute to tracking instruments and supply usage for accurate documentation Enjoy working alongside skilled professionals in a collaborative and supportive environment, where your work directly impacts patient outcomes.
