Become an integral part of the Main OR in a 24-bed surgical suite specializing in Neuro/Spine cases, where you'll collaborate with exceptional teams and encounter a diversity of workplace practices. Working here will expand your skill set, provide experience with advanced technologies like Cerner EMR and DaVinci robotics, and enrich your resume with highly specialized cases—boosting your career while broadening your horizons.

Schedule & Hours:

Day shifts: 0600 - 1630 36 guaranteed hours per week Weekend on-call: Evenly distributed No required floating between units

Qualifications:

Current BLS certification At least 2 years of recent ORT experience, with specific expertise in Neuro/Spine procedures Preferred (not required): Experience with Vascular, DaVinci, Ortho, Maxillofacial surgeries Adherence to dress code: ceil blue or royal blue scrubs; no fleece, hoods, t-shirts, sweatshirts, or nail polish

Responsibilities:

Deliver expert surgical technologist support in main OR suites Maintain 1:1 patient ratios for optimal care during surgery Work collaboratively and communicate effectively with the surgical team Support best practices in safety, sterile technique, and patient advocacy
