Surgical Technician (Ophthalmology & Ortho Spine) Wyatt Surgery Center | Ambulatory Surgery Center Full-Time & Part-Time Opportunities | Onsite Don't miss this great opportunity to join Wyatt Surgery Center , a state-of-the-art, physician-owned ambulatory surgery center specializing in ophthalmology/oculoplastics and orthopedic spine outpatient surgery . We are seeking Surgical Technicians with outpatient surgery experience to join our collaborative, high-performing perioperative team. Specialty-specific training is provided , and experience in ophthalmology or ortho spine is a major plus .

Key Responsibilities:

Assist surgeons during surgical procedures by preparing and maintaining the sterile field Anticipate surgical needs and pass instruments, supplies, and equipment Prepare operating rooms, instruments, and supplies for scheduled cases Maintain strict adherence to sterile technique and infection control standards Collaborate closely with surgeons, OR nurses, anesthesia, and SPD Ensure accurate handling of instruments, counts, and case documentation

Qualifications:

Surgical Technician experience in an outpatient or OR setting (preferred) Ophthalmology and/or orthopedic spine experience strongly preferred Certification as a Surgical Technologist (preferred, per facility requirements) Strong knowledge of sterile technique and surgical instrumentation Excellent teamwork, communication, and attention to detail Positive attitude and ability to thrive in a fast-paced ASC environment
