J OB OVERVIEW

The Surgical/Scrub Technologist will assist with surgical and endoscopy procedures by preparing the operating room, maintaining sterile technique, preparing instruments and supplies, and supporting the surgical team to ensure safe and efficient patient care.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Prepare operating rooms, surgical instruments, equipment, and supplies for procedures. Maintain strict sterile technique and ensure compliance with infection-control standards. Assist surgeons and other members of the surgical team during procedures. Perform and assist with endoscopy cases , ensuring appropriate equipment and supplies are prepared and available. Anticipate the needs of the surgical team and maintain accurate counts of instruments, sponges, and supplies. Clean, disinfect, and properly handle surgical instruments and equipment after procedures.
