This is a per diem role ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, detail-oriented, team-driven environment. You'll play a key role in supporting the surgical team and ensuring every case runs seamlessly from setup to recovery. What You'll Do Prepare operating rooms with minimal direction and ensure all equipment and instruments are ready and functioning properly. Maintain a sterile field throughout the procedure and anticipate the needs of the surgeon and team. Assist with patient preparation, positioning, and draping. Handle surgical instruments, cut sutures, manage inventory counts, and assist in wound dressing. Support room turnover and assist in patient transport to and from PACU. Collect and prepare used instruments for sterilization and decontamination. Participate in local procedures both in the OR and clinic settings. Help identify opportunities to improve efficiency and turnover times while maintaining the highest safety standards. About You You're detail-oriented, vigilant, and take pride in maintaining the highest standards of sterility. You have a strong sense of teamwork but can work independently when needed. You communicate clearly and confidently with surgeons, nurses, and staff. You thrive in a fast-paced, start-up-style environment where every day brings new challenges. You're punctual, professional, and organized in managing your time and schedule. You have a genuine passion for aesthetics and patient care. Experience & Skills Required:

Minimum 2 years of surgical technologist experience in plastic surgery.

Certifications:

CST certification, and BLS and/or ACLS certification

Technical:

Basic computer skills (Mac preferred).

Physical:

Ability to stand for long periods and assist in lifting patients (50 lbs+ with team support). Performance Expectations Maintain strict sterility and safety throughout all procedures.
