Pay Rate:

$64/Hourly Mandatory Qualifications Minimum 1 year of recent hospital experience as a Surgical Technologist OR graduation from an accredited Operating Room Technician program Current BLS/CPR Certification required Experience in Inpatient Operating Room preferred Ability to work in a Level II Trauma Center environment Experience with

preferred Strong knowledge of sterile technique, surgical instrumentation, and OR protocols Ability to float to Same Day Surgery / Outpatient Surgery Center as needed Roles and Responsibilities Prepare and maintain a sterile surgical field for operative procedures Assist surgeons during inpatient and outpatient surgical procedures Select, organize, and pass surgical instruments, supplies, and equipment Perform surgical counts according to hospital policy Ensure proper handling and sterilization of instruments Anticipate surgeon needs during procedures Support patient positioning and preparation for surgery Maintain compliance with infection control and safety standards Collaborate with surgeons, RNs, anesthesia staff, and the surgical team Document procedures and supply usage accurately in
