We work closely with surgeons, anesthesia providers, and operating room teams with a strong focus on patient safety, communication, professionalism, and clinical excellence. We are looking for motivated individuals interested in building or advancing a career in intraoperative neuromonitoring. Position Overview The Neurodiagnostic Specialist / IONM Technician works in the operating room and assists with neurophysiological monitoring during surgical procedures. This position requires strong attention to detail, reliability, professional communication, and the ability to remain focused in a fast-paced clinical environment. Depending on experience, candidates may receive structured training and clinical orientation in our protocols and IONM procedures. Responsibilities Prepare and operate intraoperative neuromonitoring equipment Perform appropriate electrode placement and patient setup Acquire and monitor neurophysiological data during surgical procedures Recognize and promptly communicate significant changes according to established protocols Communicate effectively with the supervising neurophysiologist and surgical team Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation Follow hospital, patient-safety, infection-control, HIPAA, and company protocols Properly maintain, transport, and prepare monitoring equipment Maintain professionalism and situational awareness throughout the surgical procedure Participate in company training, competency assessments, and continuing education Preferred backgrounds include: International Medical Graduates Neurodiagnostic technology, EEG, EMG, IONM Experience working in a hospital or operating room environment
