Operating Room Job Overview We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Surgical Scrub Tech for a permanent mid-shift position. This role is critical to our midday surgical flow, requiring a professional who can maintain a sterile environment and anticipate the needs of the surgical team in a fast-paced OR.

Critical Requirement:

On-Call & Call-Back Mandatory Call:

This position requires regular on-call and call-back shifts.

Applicant Note:

Participation in the call rotation is a strictly mandatory requirement for this role. Please only apply if you are fully willing and able to accept call-back responsibilities. Key Responsibilities Prepare and maintain the sterile field, ensuring all necessary instruments and supplies are ready for surgery. Assist surgeons during procedures by passing instruments and anticipating next steps. Perform accurate counts of sponges, needles, and instruments per facility protocol. Ensure all equipment is properly cleaned, sterilized, and handled according to safety standards.

Qualifications Experience:

Previous experience as an OR Scrub Tech is required.

Certification:

Graduate of an accredited Surgical Technology program; CST preferred.

Basic Life Support:

Current BLS certification required.

Reliability:
