Full-Time or Part-Time We are looking for someone who is experienced, dependable, organized, and takes pride in their work. The ideal candidate will have strong plastics experience, be comfortable working independently, anticipate the needs of the surgical team, and take ownership of keeping the OR, equipment, supplies, and required documentation organized and up to standard. If you are an experienced Surgical Technologist with plastics experience who enjoys being part of a great surgical team and takes pride in maintaining a well-run OR, we would love to hear from you! Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Prepare operating rooms for scheduled procedures by ensuring all instruments, supplies, and equipment are sterile and ready for use. Scrub and assist surgeons during plastic surgery and OB/GYN procedures, including IVF, D&C, hysteroscopy, and hysterectomies. Maintain sterile technique throughout all surgical procedures. Perform daily generator checks and document results. Operate, monitor, and maintain autoclaves, including routine testing and quality control checks. Ensure all surgical equipment is functioning properly and coordinate maintenance or repairs as needed. Order and maintain surgical supplies, instruments, and materials to ensure adequate inventory. Assist with room turnover and cleaning between cases. Follow all OSHA, infection control, and accreditation standards. Work collaboratively with surgeons, anesthesia providers, and nursing staff to provide exceptional patient care. Maintain the surgical generator and ensure it is properly maintained, functional, and ready for use Qualifications Current Certified Surgical Technologist (CST) certification required. Current BLS (Basic Life Support) certification required. ACLS certification preferred but not required. Previous experience in plastic surgery (required), ambulatory surgery, or OB/GYN procedures is preffered. Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Excellent communication and teamwork skills. Reliable, professional, and committed to patient safety.
