Job Description
About Us VMC Center for Regenerative Medicine is an established regenerative medicine and physician training center specializing in advanced hair restoration, regenerative therapies, hormone optimization, and aesthetic medicine. We are exploring the expansion of our hair restoration program to include advanced FUE hair transplantation and are seeking an experienced Hair Transplant Surgical Technician to help build this exciting new service. Position Summary We are seeking a highly skilled Hair Transplant Surgical Technician with extensive experience assisting physicians in Follicular Unit Extraction (FUE) procedures.
The ideal candidate has experience with all phases of the FUE process and enjoys working in a high-quality, patient-focused environment. Responsibilities Assist physician during FUE hair transplant procedures Perform follicular graft extraction (where permitted by physician and applicable regulations) Prepare and sort follicular grafts under microscope Implant grafts according to physician's treatment plan (as permitted) Maintain graft viability throughout procedures Prepare surgical instruments and procedure room Educate patients on post-operative care Maintain sterile surgical technique Assist with inventory and equipment maintenance Participate in development of clinical protocols and staff training

Qualifications Required:
Minimum 2 years of FUE hair transplant experience Experience with manual and/or motorized FUE systems Experience with graft dissection and implantation Excellent attention to detail Strong patient communication skills Ability to work in a fast-paced surgical environmentPreferred:
