As a Certified Surgical Tech, you will be an integral part of the surgical team, ensuring the highest standards of patient care and safety. You will work in a state-of-the-art facility equipped with advanced surgical suites and robotics technology, contributing to a wide array of procedures. Assist in surgical operations under the supervision of surgeons, registered nurses, or other surgical personnel Prepare and maintain sterile surgical instruments and equipment Ensure the operating room is prepared for procedures with necessary supplies and equipment Support the surgical team during procedures by anticipating needs and providing instruments Maintain a sterile environment to prevent infections Collaborate with the surgical team to ensure patient safety and successful outcomes Requirements for this role include: Active CO Certified Surgical Tech (CST) License with DORA Certification in Surgical Technology from NBSTSA, AST, or NCCT Current BLS Certification through the American Heart Association Current Flu Vaccine (required, no exemptions) Need 2 years experience in setting Experience with Ortho, total joints, Neuro/Spine, Robotics, Urology, GYN, ENT, and Plastics Apply today and let Capstone Health help you reach your full potential!
