Surgical Technologist Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and professional Surgical Technologist to assist in surgical procedures and provide support to surgical team members. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing surgical rooms, organizing equipment, and ensuring a sterile environment during procedures.

Responsibilities and Duties:

1. Prepare surgical rooms and equipment for procedures 2. Assist surgeons and nurses during surgeries 3. Maintain sterile field and adhere to infection control protocols 4. Anticipate surgeon's needs and provide necessary instruments 5. Transport patients to and from operating rooms 6. Manage surgical instruments and supplies 7. Document all procedures accurately and efficiently

Qualifications:

1. Certified Surgical Technologist (CST) preferred 2. High school diploma or equivalent 3. Previous experience in surgical setting 4. Knowledge of surgical instruments and procedures 5. Ability to work in fast-paced environment 6. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
