As a Surgical Tech/Scrub Tech with CommonSpirit Health you will: Works under the supervision of the surgeon and RN. Assist surgical team during operative procedures by arranging and inventorying sterile set-up of instruments, equipment and supplies for surgical cases and passing items to surgeons and nurses as needed. Giving breaks and/or providing additional supplies and sterile instruments as needed during operations. Assisting with Room turnover and restocking for next day's cases. Maintain Sterile field during procedures. Handing instruments to surgeons, anticipating surgeon's needs. Maintaining and updating preference cards. 8 OR Suites +1 Cysto Room+1minor procedure room Anticipating an addition of two new ORs by Oct 2025 Approx. 600-700+ cases per month

Schedule:

36hrs/ week-2x 12-hour shifts- Saturday and Sunday + additional day during the week TBD during interviews with OR manager. No Call Required Additional $10/hr weekend option differential applies for Saturday and Sunday shifts. The role requires a six-month commitment to the weekend option.
