Overview:

We are seeking a skilled Surgical Technologist to join our team. As a Surgical Technologist, you will play a crucial role in assisting surgeons and other medical professionals during surgical procedures. Your expertise and attention to detail will contribute to the successful outcome of surgeries and the overall well-being of our patients.

Duties:

• Prepare the operating room by sterilizing equipment and ensuring all necessary supplies are available
• Assist surgeons and nurses during surgical procedures by passing instruments, sponges, and sutures
• Maintain a sterile field throughout the surgery to prevent infection
• Monitor patient vital signs and assist with positioning and draping
• Collect and document data related to the surgical procedure
• Collaborate with the surgical team to ensure a smooth workflow
• Adhere to strict infection control protocols and maintain a clean and organized operating room

Qualifications:

• Previous experience as a Surgical Technologist preferred
• Knowledge of medical terminology, anatomy, and surgical procedures
• Strong attention to detail and ability to anticipate the needs of the surgical team
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
