Responsibilities:
Assist surgeons and surgical teams by preparing and maintaining sterile fields in the operating room. Handle and organize surgical instruments, supplies, and equipment before, during, and after procedures. Process, sterilize, and maintain surgical instruments and equipment according to industry standards. Ensure compliance with infection control protocols and safety regulations. Work collaboratively with the surgical team to support efficient operating room workflows. Monitor and restock OR and sterile processing department supplies as needed. Adhere to all facility policies, procedures, and quality standards.

Requirements:
Qualifications:
Certification as a Surgical Technician (CST) and/or Sterile Processing Technician (CRCST) preferred. Previous experience in an operating room and/or sterile processing department required. Strong knowledge of surgical instrumentation and sterilization techniques. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. Excellent communication and teamwork skills. Commitment to patient safety and high-quality surgical care.
