Hilo, HI OPEN Job Description Job Description:
Any traveler not currently inpossession of an active State of HI license must apply upon acceptance ofoffer. Candidate must have Hawaii License by start of assignment.
General job duties: Help with turn over cleaning Transport patients when neededTypes of procedures required to independently scrub: General Orthopedic Vascular Ophthalmic Urology ENT Endoscopy Robotic Obstetrics GynecologyMinimum experience required: 2 years at minimum of scrubbing cases in ahospital setting
Shifts:
o we currently operate from 0645-2315, your shiftsmay be variable based on department needso applicants will be scheduled 40 hours a week,possibility of 32 hours if there is a holiday We cover call 24 hours a day 7 days a week,everyone is assigned call, on average 1-2x a week, plus up to 2 weekends amonth. 20 minute call back time.
Bed size:
o We have 1-2 outpatient GI labso daily we have 1-2 rooms running simultaneously o we are a small, but a very busy and efficient OR dress code:o scrubs are provided Applicant will orient on day shift for up to a week or until managers discretion Traveler must complete a minimum of 39 shifts during the duration of the contract if RTO (requested time off) is requested.

Please plan on having your traveler in Hawaii the Thursday before a Monday start so they can report to Employee Health Friday morning
