Med/Surg Schedule:
As-Needed As a Patient Care Technician (PCT) on our Med/Surg team, you'll play an important role in delivering compassionate, hands-on care that helps patients feel safe, supported, and comfortable throughout their hospital stay. Working alongside nurses and other healthcare professionals, you'll make a meaningful difference by providing direct patient care while contributing to a collaborative, patient-centered environment. Responsibilities:
Provide compassionate, hands-on care to support patients' comfort, dignity, and well-being. Assist with personal care, mobility, nutrition, hydration, and daily living activities. Observe, document, and communicate changes in patient condition to the healthcare team. Support nurses with clinical procedures and other patient care activities within your scope of practice. Accurately document patient information in the electronic medical record. Help maintain a safe, clean, and organized patient care environment. Collaborate with nurses, providers, and other team members to deliver high-quality, patient-centered care. Promote patient safety by following infection prevention, quality, and safety standards. Provide compassionate support to patients and families while creating a positive care experience.

Education:
Completion of RN/Education lead training Day within 6 months of hire This position does not get reported with Direct Care Workers (DCW).
