Key Qualifications:

Valid Certified Surgical Technologist (CST) credential Previous experience supporting operating room procedures Strong knowledge of aseptic technique and surgical instrumentation Flexibility, adaptability, and strong communication skills

Responsibilities:

Prepare operating rooms and ensure all surgical instruments are properly sterilized and organized Assist surgeons and OR staff during procedures, maintaining optimal patient safety and sterile field integrity Monitor and account for surgical instruments, sponges, and supplies Update and maintain accurate surgical records as required Support post-operative procedures and room turnover
