Multiple OR Surgical Tech Opportunities We are actively hiring experienced Surgical Technologists for a leading hospital system in Illinois. These are full-time, direct hire roles across multiple surgical specialties with strong compensation, bonus potential, and career growth in high-volume OR environments. Compensation & Perks $981 - $1,539 per week (based on specialty & shift) Up to $15,000 Sign-On Bonus (Orthopedic role)
Weekend Differential:

Focus:
Total joints, ortho trauma Requires 1+ year orthopedic experience Neuro OR Surgical Tech / Circulator (Peoria, IL) 2 openings | Day shift (4x10s) + call
Focus:
Spine & cranial neuro cases Must have neuro OR experience (spine/craniotomy) General Surgery Surgical Tech (Peoria, IL) 2 openings | Flexible shifts (36 hrs/week)
Focus:
Robotics, general, ENT, urology, GYN DaVinci robotics experience
REQUIRED
Surgical Tech (Galesburg, IL - Regional Hospital) 1 opening | Days (8-10 hr shifts)
Multi-specialty:
Ortho, GI, robotics, general surgery Travel between campuses (mileage reimbursed) Key Responsibilities Prepare and maintain sterile field Scrub and assist during surgical procedures Prepare instruments and equipment Support surgical team across multiple specialties Float within OR service lines as needed Requirements Minimum 2 years of Surgical Tech experience Graduate of accredited Surgical Tech program (or military training) BLS certification required (AHA) Certification preferred: NBSTSA or NCCT Specialty experience required depending on role (Ortho, Neuro, Robotics, etc.) Schedule & Call Primarily day shifts (0700-1730 range) Call rotation: 1-2 nights/week ~1 weekend/month 30-minute call response time Facility Highlights Level I Trauma Center (Peoria roles) High case volume & advanced OR exposure EPIC charting system Supportive leadership + structured OR teams Scrubs provided Important Notes No new grads for specialty roles (limited consideration for Galesburg) Strong scrub experience required Drug-free workplace (screening required) Apply Today These roles are actively interviewing and filling quickly. to secure your interview and learn more about the best fit for your experience.
