Essential Qualifications:

Current certification as a Surgical Technologist (CST) required Experience working in operating room settings, including knowledge of sterile techniques and surgical instrumentation Previous travel assignment experience is a plus but not required Strong team collaboration and excellent communication skills Basic Life Support (BLS) certification preferred

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare operating rooms and ensure all necessary equipment and supplies are sterile and ready for surgery Assist surgeons, anesthesiologists, and nurses during procedures by passing instruments and supplies Maintain a safe, sterile environment to prevent infection Accurately count sponges, needles, and instruments before and after procedures Support patient care and safety throughout perioperative phases
