Minimum 2 years in CVOR or surgical tech setting Pay & Benefits Pay package discussed upon application Weekly pay schedule via direct deposit Competitive pay packages Medical benefits (W-2) Robust referral bonus program Paid sick time in accordance with applicable laws Licensure, certification, travel, and other reimbursements when applicable 24/7 dedicated team supporting your success throughout your assignment What You'll Do Assist in all surgical procedures within CVOR, excluding transplant cases Prepare the operating room with required equipment, including 2 Xi DaVinci Robots Maintain sterile fields and assist surgeons during procedures Float to general OR cases as needed, ensuring adaptability across surgical specialties Support perioperative team to ensure efficient patient flow and safety Follow all safety protocols and maintain compliance with hospital policies Contribute to a positive, patient-focused environment

What You Need Required:

Certified Surgical Technologist (NBSTSA) certification BCLS certification Minimum 2 years of CVOR or surgical tech experience Ability to scrub in all surgical specialties (except transplant) Willingness to float to general OR cases

Preferred:

Experience with robotic surgical equipment (DaVinci robots) Prior work in high-volume surgical centers Excellent teamwork and communication skills About the Assignment Join a dynamic surgical unit performing all specialties except for transplant in a busy 13-room OR.
