• CST Certification by the National Board of Surgical Technology

• BLS Required Skills:

  Must have strong cardiac surgery skills, thoracic daVinci experience
• 2 years experience in the CVOR setting

SCOPE OF ROLE

Working in the cardio vascular OR, assisting surgeons by preparing the surgical field, passing instruments and supplies during surgery, maintaining a sterile environment, and ensuring the smooth flow of procedures, will be assisting and passing in cases, assisting in turning over OR rooms, etc. to keep the surgical cases flowing.
