Permanent | Full-Time |Direct Hire Shift:
- 8, 10, or 12-hour day shifts available
- Start time: 6:30 AM (6:00 AM arrival required for select first cases)
- 28, 32, 36, and 40-hour/week positions available
- Monday-Friday
- No weekends
- No on-call
- 7 paid holidays for eligible full-time and part-time employees ###

Hourly Pay:
$28.28-$48.38 (based on experience)- No sign-on bonus or relocation assistance ##
Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Surgical Technologist to join a fast-paced, multi-specialty surgical team. The ideal candidate will have strong orthopedic experience, be proficient with Zimmer and Arthrex instrumentation, and be comfortable supporting a wide variety of surgical specialties. ## Responsibilities- Prepare operating rooms and surgical instruments for procedures.
- Assist surgeons during surgical procedures while maintaining sterile technique.
- Pull surgical cases, set up, and prepare equipment and supplies.
- Perform terminal cleaning and room turnover after procedures.
- Float to Sterile Processing when needed to assist with instrument management.
- Collaborate with surgeons, nurses, and the surgical team to ensure efficient patient care.
- Maintain patient safety and comply with infection control standards. ## Requirements
- BLS Certification (AHA or ARC) required.
- NBSTSA or NCCT certification preferred.
- Strong orthopedic surgery experience required, including total joint replacements and sports medicine.
- Experience with Zimmer and Arthrex instrumentation.
- Ability to scrub multiple specialties, including:
- Orthopedics
- ENT
- Gynecology
- Spine
- Urology
- Cataracts
- General Surgery
- Flexible, team-oriented, and able to work efficiently in a high-volume surgical environment. ## Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in a multi-specialty surgical hospital.
- Ability to adapt quickly between different surgical specialties throughout the day. ## Work Environment
- Six operating rooms.
- Approximately 20 surgeries performed daily.
- Fast-paced, collaborative environment with a strong focus on efficiency and teamwork.
- Staff are expected to assist with room turnover and instrument processing as needed. ## Benefits
