Key Qualifications:

Proven experience as a CVOR Tech in a fast-paced surgical setting Current certification as a Certified Surgical Technologist (CST) or equivalent In-depth knowledge of cardiovascular surgical instrumentation and sterile technique Ability to effectively set up, maintain, and troubleshoot CVOR equipment Strong organizational and communication skills Commitment to patient safety and cooperation within a multidisciplinary team Adherence to all regulatory and facility guidelines

Primary Responsibilities:

Prepare the cardiovascular operating suite with necessary instruments and supplies Assist the surgical team by anticipating and responding to the needs of the procedure Maintain strict sterile techniques throughout surgical cases Handle and account for all surgical instrumentation and sponges Communicate effectively with surgeons, nurses, and anesthesia staff to ensure seamless case flow Support pre-, intra-, and post-operative CVOR tasks as required
