Schedule/Hours:

Day shifts: 5x8-hour days (07:00 - 15:30) On-call required: 2 days per week and every other weekend Bi-weekly orientation In this role, you'll collaborate with talented surgical staff as a Cardiovascular Operating Room Technician, honing your clinical skills and expanding your resume with valuable "Fresh Heart" experience. You'll work in a fast-paced environment, flexibly floating within your scope across cases, and play a vital part in ensuring the highest standards of care.

Key Qualifications:

Two years of current and previous CVOR Tech/Cardiovascular Scrub Tech experience Fresh Heart surgical experience is a must Active AHA BLS certification National certification (NCCT or AST) Must reside at least 75 miles from the facility Valid Driver's License Flexibility to float as needed and work every other weekend

Responsibilities:

Scrub and assist on a range of cardiovascular cases, including Fresh Heart procedures Collaborate with surgical and nursing teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes Adapt to fluctuating ratios and census demands with professionalism Participate in call rotations as scheduled
