Qualifications:
Valid Nursing licensure required Specialized training or certification in operating room techniques (ORT) Minimum of one year experience in a surgical or operating room setting preferred Strong interpersonal and communication skills Commitment to safe, patient-centered care Ability to adapt to new clinical environments quickly
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and maintain operating room supplies, equipment, and instruments Assist surgical staff before, during, and after procedures Adhere to sterilization protocols and surgical safety standards Monitor and anticipate patient and team needs throughout procedures Support accurate documentation and inventory controls Foster a collaborative, supportive environment for optimal patient outcomes
