Surgical Technician - Full time
What You'll DoPrepare and maintain sterile fields using best‑in‑class aseptic techniquesSet up ORs with appropriate instruments, equipment, and suppliesPass instruments and assist surgeons throughout proceduresAnticipate procedural needs to keep cases moving efficientlyPerform accurate sponge, sharp, and instrument countsCare for, clean, and maintain surgical instruments and equipmentSupport patient transport and assist with equipment movementCollaborate closely with RNs, physicians, and OR team membersParticipate in safety initiatives (WHO Checklist, hand hygiene, quality goals)Rotate on‑call nights, weekends, and holidaysServe as a preceptor for students and new hires (selected service lines)What You BringGraduate of an accredited Surgical Technology program (or equivalent experience)Eligible to practice as a Surgical Technologist in MassachusettsCertification required within 1 year of program completionBCLS certification requiredStrong communication skills and comfort working independentlyAbility to function across multiple service lines in a fast‑paced ORWhy You'll Love This RoleDiverse, high‑acuity surgical casesStrong teamwork and physician collaborationOpportunities to grow, mentor, and leadA mission‑driven environment focused on safety, quality, and patient careReady to bring your skills to a team that truly values them? Pay Range:
$35.18 - $52.27The pay range listed for this position is the base hourly wage range the organization reasonably and in good faith expects to pay for this position at this time. Actual compensation is determined based on several factors, that may include seniority, education, training, relevant experience, relevant certifications, geography of work location, job responsibilities, or other applicable factors permissible by law.
