What You'll Do Scrub and assist during complex Open Heart and CVOR procedures Support multiple specialties, including Cardiac and General Surgery Prepare and maintain sterile fields, instruments, and advanced surgical equipment Anticipate the surgeon's needs and provide seamless intraoperative support Ensure efficient room turnover and maintain the highest patient safety standards Collaborate with highly skilled surgeons and multidisciplinary OR teams

Requirements:

Minimum 2 years of recent

CST-CVOR

experience Strong Open Heart surgery experience

REQUIRED
