Job Description

We are a busy, physician-owned ambulatory surgery center specializing in cosmetic and plastic surgery, seeking a Surgical Scrub Tech to join our team. This is a great opportunity to work in a well-organized, team-oriented environment with a consistent weekday schedule and a strong focus on efficiency and patient care.
Position Details:
PRN with the opportunity for part time or full time Monday-Friday schedule No weekends No major holidays Predictable hours based on surgical schedule
Key Responsibilities:
Scrub and assist during surgical procedures (plastic/cosmetic experience preferred) Assist with OR setup, breakdown, and room turnover Perform sterile processing of instruments , including cleaning, assembly, and sterilization Maintain organization of instrument trays and sterile supplies Assist with inventory management, stocking, and supply organization Support patient flow and clinical operations as needed Maintain a clean, safe, and compliant clinical environment
Qualifications:
Certified Surgical Technologist (CST) Experience in plastic surgery preferred Sterile processing experience preferred Strong attention to detail and commitment to sterile technique Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment Team-oriented with a positive and dependable work style

Pay:
$30.00 - $42.00 per hour
