Qualifications & Experience:

Current certification as a Surgical Technician (required) Proficient skills in ORT, including sterile technique and instrumentation Previous experience assisting in a variety of surgical procedures Ability to anticipate the needs of surgeons and maintain a smooth operative flow Familiarity with surgical supplies, equipment setup, pre-op patient care, and post-op room turnover Excellent communication and organizational abilities Capacity to adapt to a dynamic, fast-paced surgical environment

Responsibilities:
