Scrub in and assist during general surgical procedures Prepare operating room by setting up sterile tables, instruments, and supplies Confirm proper functioning of surgical instruments and equipment; report malfunctions Maintain a clutter-free, safe, and sterile environment in the OR Support patient preparation, transport, comfort, and care in coordination with the surgical team Assist in admitting, transferring, and discharging patients from the OR alongside RNs Manage supply deliveries and aid in supply level adjustments for efficiency Participate in continuous education, audits, and departmental improvements May train and precept new
