Certified Surgical Technologist (CST) - Operating Room Direct Hire | Full-Time | Day Shift +

Aitkin, MN Pay:

$30.00-$34.00/hour Join a collaborative Operating Room team at Riverwood Healthcare Center, a 25-bed Critical Access Hospital in beautiful north-central Minnesota. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Surgical Technologist looking to work across multiple specialties in a supportive, patient-focused environment while maintaining a consistent daytime schedule. Schedule Full-Time Day Shift 36 hours/week Four 9-hour shifts (4x9) Shared call rotation (approximately every 7th-8th weekday and weekend) What You'll Do Prepare operating rooms for scheduled surgical procedures. Set up sterile instruments, equipment, and surgical supplies. Maintain sterile technique throughout surgical cases. Anticipate surgeon needs and pass instruments efficiently. Assist with patient positioning, room turnover, and specimen handling. Support sterile processing and scope reprocessing as needed. Work closely with surgeons, anesthesia providers, and nursing staff to provide exceptional patient care.

Qualifications Required:

Graduate of an accredited Surgical Technology program. Minimum of 2 years of Operating Room Surgical Technologist experience.

Preferred:

Certified Surgical Technologist (CST) Experience in General Surgery, Orthopedics, OB, Urology, Ophthalmology, Endoscopy, Pain Management, or Podiatry. Experience with Da Vinci Xi or robotic surgical procedures.
