1+ year required; new grads accepted Pay & Benefits Pay rate: $59.18/hour Weekly pay schedule via direct deposit Comprehensive medical benefits (W-2) Competitive pay packages and robust referral bonus program Paid sick time in accordance with applicable laws Licensure, certification, travel, and other reimbursements when applicable 24/7 dedicated team supporting you throughout your assignment What You'll Do Assist in cardiac and vascular surgical procedures, including CABG, AVR, MVRR, TAVR, and AAA repairs Support minimally invasive and complex surgeries with proper instrumentation and equipment setup Collaborate with surgical teams during endovascular, open vascular, and thoracic procedures Ensure adherence to sterile techniques and safety protocols Help maintain state-of-the-art surgical environment in a Level III Trauma Magnet/Teaching facility Prepare operating rooms and assist with patient positioning and instrumentation management Document and track surgical procedures electronically (Excellian/Epic) What You Need Required Certification from NBSTSA or NCCT Valid BLS certification Minimum 1 year of CVOR tech experience; new grads welcome Ability to work up to 2 weekends/month, with holiday call if needed Strong knowledge of cardiac, vascular, and thoracic surgery procedures Preferred Experience with cardiac and vascular surgeries listed Ability to float within scope for coverage Adaptability to block scheduling About the Assignment This position involves supporting a busy, high-acuity surgical environment within a renowned short-term acute care facility.
