Citizens Memorial Hospital (CMH) is hiring a Patient Care Technician to join our Medical Surgical Unit in Bolivar, Missouri- someone who leads with skill, compassion, and a drive to positively impact every patient and family we serve.

Varies upon shift Shift Differential $1- $3 additional depending on shift. obtaining vital signs, assisting patients wth ADLs, ambulating, working through admits and discharges as they move through the unit, and working with a great team of upbeat nursing staff. As a Nurse Assistant/ Certified Nurse Assistant, you will be: Preparing patients for meals, serving, and collecting food trays and nourishments, and documenting intakes Handling and caring for resident clothing and personal property, protecting from damage and assuring proper storage Making rounds to assigned patients, accommodating patient needs Ensuring safe, appropriate nursing care is administered and problems reported to the charge nurse for follow-up actionQualifications:

High School Diploma (preferred).Experience:
None! We provide on-the-job training for those looking to obtain their CNA.Skills:
Good Communication, Patience, Attention to detail, flexibility, Intrapersonal Skills.Licensure/Certification:
Current Certified Nurse Assistant Certification/ Licensure or agrees to enroll, attend and pass CNA course with 4 months of employment, BLS for Healthcare Provider CPR (we assist with obtaining this) within 6 months of employment.Physical Requirements:
Ability to stand for 90% of the shift and sit for the remaining 10% of shift. Must be able to lift 50 pounds.
